My Favorite Things: Medicine Wheel Tutu Skirt

I did a Google, Bing, and Yahoo search for a Medicine Wheel Tutu Skirt and realized that there was nothing in existence. I do mean nothing. I have never seen a search result in no results. So of course I had to make one for myself. Actually, I had to make one for my daughter. But I couldn't stop there. I had to make a fascinator headband to go with it.
